My name is Lori and I have been running since I was a freshman in high school. I just recently started racing again. I ran my first 5k since high school a month ago. I have twin neices that run Jr High Cross Country. They run races with me on weekends and are my motivation. My twelve year old daughter who is a cheerleader and volleyball player ran with us last week. She ran the mile and got second place. I thought she would never run a race! I was so proud of her. Running is an addiction to me and also my stress reliever. I work in the human service feild so believe me I cherish any stress releif I can get! I also love that most races benefit a good cause.
